How come Fidelium is used as 3rd oration for the feria? And why doesn't it replace the ad lib, but puts it at 4th place? I've learned that there's max 3 orations except for ferias, but I can't really understand the exceptions (sometimes there's 4)
Outside of Advent, Lent, Paschaltide and November on the first 'free' day of each month Fidelium is added to the prayers prescribed for the day in the penultimate place.
On Mondays outside of Lent and Paschaltide when the day is ferial, and there is no Vigil or resumed Mass of the Sunday, the same applies.
What is the rule for the additionam Fidelium oration?

There is no "max 3 orations" until Cum nostra.
