The Saint Lawrence Press is dedicated to the preservation of the classical Roman Liturgy and seeks especially to raise awareness of the process of liturgical reform before the Second Vatican Council. To meet these aims the Saint Lawrence Press publishes an Ordo Recitandi, in Latin, modelled on those produced in Rome in the middle of the last century before the unpleasant,
unfortunate, and damaging, changes of the 1950's and early 1960's.
The Ordo Recitandi contains the necessary information enabling those who wish to celebrate the traditional Divine Office and Mass to identify those variable parts for every day in the Liturgical year.

For June 28, how does 4 collects work at Mass(Irenaeus, Oct of Sacred Heart, Oct of John the Bapt, Vigil of Sts. Peter & Paul)? Which collects are said under one conclusion since the number of collects is an even number, and not the usual odd number(1, 3, 5, 7).
Very new to pre55 rubrics here.

June 28th - other than Conventual Masses - works just as the entry says. The collect of the day has its own conclusion then the commemorations after a second Oremus, are sung with a conclusion after the last.
As to even and odd numbers the rubric governing them is referring to private Masses on simple feasts and ferial days when votive collects may be added.

If Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament is held after Vespers on the octave day of Corpus Christi (thus after the First Vespers of the Sacred Heart), is Alleluia added to the versicle of the Tantum ergo as on the other days of the octave, or is the octave considered to be over as it is not commemorated at the First Vespers of the Sacred Heart?

An interesting question. I would have thought logic would suggest that if Benediction takes place after Vespers of the Sacred Hearth then no, but I am open to correction. The Caeremoniale Episcoporum prescribes a Procession and Benediction on the Octave Day. I suspect the wisdom of our forefathers was such that it was not accidental that the Octave Day of Corpus Christi had second Vespers for centuries.
In Rome where the Ss Protomartyrs are Double II Class and transferred to Saturday, is Lesson IX at Matins of Irenaeus? Thank you!
